Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction
Welcome to Farelab.com (the “Website”), operated by Farelab (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, which collects flight search variables (e.g., origin, destination, travel dates) and redirects you to third-party travel partners for flight searches and bookings. Farelab does not collect or store personal information. By accessing or using the Website, you (“you,” “your,” “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Nature of Services
Farelab operates as an intermediary platform that collects non-personal flight search variables (e.g., origin, destination, travel dates) and redirects users to third-party travel partners, such as airlines or Global Distribution Systems (GDS), for flight searches and bookings. Farelab does not collect personal information, provide flights, accommodations, or other travel services, nor does it act as a travel agent or airline. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection between you and our travel partners.
By using our services, you acknowledge that Farelab is not responsible for the performance, pricing, availability, or fulfillment of travel services provided by third-party partners. All bookings, cancellations, refunds, and related matters, including the collection of personal information, are handled by the respective travel partner and subject to their terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility and Site Usage
To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You will use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for any transactions made with third-party travel partners after redirection from our Website.
You are prohibited from using the Website for speculative, false, or fraudulent purposes. Overuse or abuse of the Website’s services, such as excessive searches or data scraping, may result in suspension or termination of your access without notice.
4. Booking and Transactions
When you submit flight search variables through the Website, Farelab redirects you to a third-party travel partner to complete the search and booking process. You acknowledge that:
- Farelab does not collect any personal information or control the pricing, availability, or terms of travel services offered by third-party partners or airlines.
- Flight prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed by the travel partner.
- Any personal information required for bookings is collected directly by the travel partner, not Farelab.
- Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or modifications are subject to the travel partner’s policies, which may include penalties or fees.
Some bookings may be subject to international treaties, such as the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention, which may govern and limit the liability of air carriers for death, personal injury, or loss/damage to baggage.
5. Limitation of Liability
Farelab acts solely as an intermediary facilitating connections between users and third-party travel partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farelab, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers disclaim all liability for:
- Any failure, delay, or nonperformance by third-party travel partners, including airlines, hotels, GDS providers, or other suppliers, to provide services as promised.
- Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or changes in flight schedules, pricing, availability, or accommodations made by third-party partners.
- Any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to flight cancellations, overbookings, or baggage loss.
- Any financial loss due to the insolvency, bankruptcy, or default of a third-party supplier. Refunds in such cases must be sought directly from the supplier, their insurers, or other responsible third parties.
- Any viruses, malware, or technical issues that may affect your device or data as a result of accessing, browsing, or downloading content from the Website.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or savings, arising from your use of the Website or services, even if Farelab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Website and all content, materials, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Farelab does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any information on the Website, including flight prices or availability.
In no event shall Farelab’s aggregate liability, or that of its affiliates or suppliers, exceed $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Website or services must be brought within one (1) year from the date the claim or action arose, or it will be barred.
6. Third-Party Links and Advertisements
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, or services as a convenience to you. Farelab does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites or services, including their collection of personal information. You access third-party websites at your own risk, and Farelab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of such sites.
